"We like to encourage students to make suggestions, in this way they can learn to present their ideas more effectively and make their natural thoughts made clearer. Many students need encouragement to talk to their teachers, so we emphasize our availability to help and our willingness to deal with any problems they may have when learning. We regard teaching as our primary professional responsibility. It is important to understand the students thus making the classroom a place where they will be more eager to learn long term. "
